Lifetime in Hawaii (also known as “Lifetime”) is a 39-unit timeshare resort owned and maintained by the Lifetime in Hawaii Interval Owners Association, which was founded in 1984 and is managed by the Vacation Leisure Maintenance Company, Inc. of Southern California. A five-member volunteer board of directors governs Lifetime.
Lifetime is housed in the 34-story Royal Kuhio Building, only two blocks from Waikiki Beach.
The structure is mixed-use, including individual owners, business rentals, and timeshares.
The Royal Kuhio was built in the mid-1970s, and elements of it were refurbished as recently as August 2014.
Inasmuch as we are subject to both Lifetime and the Royal Kuhio CC&R’s and Regulations, Lifetime is an association inside an association.
